How long is a counseling session?
Each session is approximately 45-50 minutes

When is TL Holt available?
TL Holt is in the office Monday-Thursday of each week.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Please visit the “Scheduling” page in order to set-up an online scheduling account.  Once the account is set-up, you will be able to view the schedule and select a day/time for your appointment. If you would like to schedule over the phone, please contact (865) 250-1390.

Can I use insurance?
TL Holt is an out-of-network provider but does not file insurance.  If you would like to use insurance, please consult your insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits and reimbursements.  If you will be using insurance, you will pay the session fee and then submit the necessary information to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How can I pay for sessions?
Credit cards, debit cards, health savings cards, checks, and cash are accepted forms of payment.  The most common method of payment is to place your debit/credit card on file and the card will be charged at the time of service.
